The Better Together Leadership Program (BTLP) is free and open to all ROC Members seeking to grow their leadership skills and connect with fellow ROC leaders across the country. Beginning April 15 and running through June 30, ROC Leaders will have the opportunity to participate in a blend of self-paced courses, instructor-led webinars, and peer-learning and networking events focused on topics such as resilient leadership, effective communication, collaborative leadership, grant writing, and more. In this a la carte program, participants can engage in as many or as few activities as they wish. All program content and events will be available in English and Spanish.
This year, our keynote guest facilitator is Becky Eschenburg, a certified coach and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in organizational and leadership development work. Becky, who specializes in group facilitation, training design, and supporting teams, will be leading two resident webinars during BTLP, focused on resilient and collaborative leadership. Becky’s work is framed around concepts of adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, peer learning and social justice principles.
