CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Pietrzak has been hired as Vice President of Operations. She brings more than a decade of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth in fast-paced, innovative organizations.
“We are thrilled to have Elizabeth join the team as her diverse background and experience provides us with a unique perspective that will strengthen our efforts and enhance our impact,” said Nicholas Salerno, Chief Operating Officer. “She will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and supporting our strategic expansion.”
In her role at ROC USA, Elizabeth will lead the organization’s operational strategy, streamline processes, and optimize performance to support ROC USA’s mission of expanding resident owned communities. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and impact.

Prior to joining ROC USA, Elizabeth held leadership positions at various companies in the real estate industry, including Measurabl, a prop-tech company, where she supported the company’s growth from 100 to 500 global employees. She has a proven track record of success in scaling operations, implementing digital transformations and exceeding performance goals.
Pietrzak received her bachelor’s degree in communication and sociology from Arizona State University. She was awarded “Business Woman of the Year” twice as well at “Woman of the Year” in San Diego.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, recreational sports and volunteering. She will work remotely from Texas.
